Soul Khan kills more freestyles... in a white tux

"If he tried that shit here the whole block'd beat his ass/Because if New York's the mecca I'm known as Malik Shabazz/I could walk across the water/make it turn to whiskey/I ain't come here alone/I brought every borrough with me/If it wasn't for the Bronx this rap shit probably would never be going on..."

..."there's one more stop that's overdue/J-train to Brooklyn/I'm thinking/What would Hova do?/You had like five matches and you're Grind Time's wackest/that's a zero hot battle every lifetime average/Let me show these dudes what I'd do to protect this/shoot at you actors like movie directors/Soul Khan you ain't even flip that line/Well neither did Conceited against Arsenal when he bit that line"

Cot DAMN! Dude's still one of the best, even in a white tuxedo.

GDP, "Gonzo Journalism"

Remember when Cage would trip balls on stage to the point of becoming catatonic? Well, me neither, but I've heard stories from New Yorkers who witnessed the spectacle. So rewind that, get a scenester impregnated, and fast forward to GDP. I like it. Watch for his upcoming album Useless Eaters out March 12th.

PB&J, "Nothing To Worry About"

I don't know much about Peter Bjorn and John other than 1) they make incredibly catchy music and 2) they have a new album (Gimme Some) due out March 29th. This playful portrayal of the japanese infatuation with 50's americana works so well with the child-laden hook and hakuna matata lyrics.

R. Kelly, "Wet Flirt (DJ B-Rock blend)"

Wet Flirt (DJ B-Rock blend) by DJ B-Rock

I'm really digging the minimal, 808-laden "Wet" instrumental but I'm not really a fan of how Snoop gets down on the track. I had this R. Kelly acapella laying around and it seems to fit pretty well. Enjoy!
